The Erzi story

Why Little Worlds loves Erzi

We love Erzi because the detail is inviting without dictating the story. A few pieces of wooden food can become a shop, restaurant, picnic, kitchen or sorting activity, and they mix easily with baskets, play kitchens and other role-play toys.
Erzi has produced wooden play and learning materials in Germany since 1991. Its miniature food and shop accessories are especially distinctive: familiar fruit, groceries and everyday products are interpreted in wood for kitchens, markets and café play. The wider range also includes movement and balance equipment and educational materials. Across the collection, the common thread is hands-on play rooted in real-life experiences that children can revisit through imagination.
