Why Little Worlds loves Magic Wood
We love Magic Wood because its toys feel like little pieces of the forest. The natural branches, textured bark and irregular wooden shapes bring an organic quality to play that is difficult to recreate with conventional building blocks.
What makes Magic Wood particularly special for Little Worlds is its ability to bring other toys together.
A treehouse becomes a home for wooden figures, a castle provides the setting for an adventure and rustic blocks transform into pathways, mountains and woodland landscapes.
These pieces encourage children to build complete imaginary worlds, combining construction, storytelling and natural materials in ways that can change with every play session.
Magic Wood creates handcrafted wooden toys inspired by the shapes, textures and character of the natural world.
Its collections celebrate the individuality of timber, transforming branches, bark and organic wooden forms into imaginative play materials.
The range includes distinctive treehouses, castles, forest dwellings, natural building blocks and accessories designed to create enchanting small-world environments.
Using sustainably sourced woods, including alder and hazel, Magic Wood preserves many of the natural characteristics that make each piece unique. Visible grain, irregular shapes and textured surfaces are embraced as part of the design, while natural oil finishes highlight the warmth of the timber.
Unlike conventional construction systems built around uniform shapes, Magic Wood encourages children to work with the natural differences between pieces. Building becomes an opportunity to experiment with balance, structure and spatial relationships, while finished creations provide settings for imaginative stories.
The toys also combine naturally with wooden animals, figures, loose parts and play silks, allowing children to create forests, villages, castles and fantasy landscapes.
With its distinctive woodland aesthetic and emphasis on imaginative freedom, Magic Wood brings a little of the outdoors into everyday play.
