Bauspiel Peephole Blocks

The Bauspiel Peephole Blocks transform ordinary wooden construction by introducing openings directly into the shapes. The 20-piece collection includes rectangles, triangles, semicircles, pointed arches and cloud-like forms, each bringing a different outline and way of looking through a structure.

The openings become miniature windows, doorways and unexpected viewpoints as the blocks are stacked and rearranged. Unlike solid building blocks, these pieces give equal importance to the spaces between the wood, creating constructions that are interesting to look through as well as look at.
